Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the P256 service ("Service") provided by Treestcorp ("we", "us").
1. About the service
The Service is an entertainment web product that displays a fun reading of group chemistry and atmosphere based on four-letter personality codes (E/I, S/N, T/F, J/P) provided by users. Results are not equivalent to any officially recognized psychological assessment and are not a validated diagnostic tool. The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any external psychological assessment organization, tool, or trademark holder.
2. Permitted use
The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only. The following uses are prohibited: · Personality assessment, hiring/interviewing, medical or psychological diagnosis · Any other formal evaluation instrument · Supporting discrimination or prejudice against any individual or group based on results · Entering another person's information without their consent
3. Featured crews (sample content)
The Service includes sample crews based on publicly available information about public figures (e.g., K-Pop groups) for non-commercial demonstration. We do not intend to infringe on any rights holder's interests; rights holders may request takedown and we will act promptly.
4. User obligations
You may not enter another person's information without their consent, you may not interfere with the normal operation of the Service, and you may not generate abnormal traffic via automated means.
5. Intellectual property
Originally created assets including design, code, text, and graphics are owned by Treestcorp or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated with prior notice. Continued use after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
